About Coulton Transport
Our short history
Coulton Transport’s Managing Director, Andrew Coulton has been involved in the Transport Industry for over 30 years. He started his career as a heavy vehicle mechanic and progressed to driving in all sectors of the industry including Dangerous Goods, Road Trains, Tippers, Gas & Fuel Tankers and Caravan and RV transport.
Andrew has worked for various large organisations in maintenance and compliance roles and participated in writing the suppliers accreditation for the Road Transport Forum and Australian Trucking Association
Our services
Caravans/ RV's
We are the preferred carrier for some notable companies such as Sydney RV, Sunliner Motorhomes & Apollo.
Boats
We carry boats for various companies. We receive and deliver imported boats to and from the wharf. We are the preferred carrier of some international companies. We return them to our depot, remove them from their steel shipping cradles, put them on locally built trailers and take them to the dealers.
MOTORHOMES
We are also a reputable Motorhome carrier - obtaining the majority of our work through word of mouth.
Safety and compliance are a high priority at Coulton Transport
We take the safety of our staff and customers seriously and train all our staff to a high level of competency. We have attained Fatigue Management accreditation under the NHVR. We also operate with an Interstate Tow Truck licence, a legal requirement for delivering vehicles in NSW.
